What should I bring to the class?

Bring your curiosity, a willingness to learn, and somewhere to take notes. This class is focused on understanding anatomy, the muscles involved, and massage techniques.

You don't need any special equipment or toys to participate but you're welcome to bring personal lubrication or any massage implements you have already in your possession.

Do I need prior experience with front hole massage?

Absolutely not. Whether you're brand-new to this anatomy or you've been exploring it for years, we're going to break down the relevant anatomy and techniques in an approachable, practical way. You don't need to know all the terminology before you show up.

What if I'm already a Parlor member?

What does AFAB mean, and why do you use it?

AFAB stands for “assigned female at birth.” It's a term that describes the sex designation someone was given at birth; it does not define their gender identity. I use it when discussing anatomy because not everyone with the anatomy we're exploring identifies as a woman. Trans men, nonbinary people, and others may have this anatomy, too. The language helps us talk about the body without making assumptions about someone's gender.

Why call it “front hole” instead of “yoni” or “pussy”?

Because words carry assumptions. “Yoni” has specific spiritual and cultural associations, and “pussy” can feel affirming to some people and uncomfortable or dysphoric to others. “Front hole” is a more descriptive, anatomy-focused term that can be useful across gender identities. You may have your own preferred language for your body, and that's welcome here. The goal isn't to dictate what you call yourself; it's to make the class clear, accessible, and grounded in the anatomy we're discussing.
